I think that I should become apart of the staff team is because I can try most days to get on the server and I can New and Old Players on the server if anyone would need help and if anyone where to cause issues on the server I would help resolve the issues the players were having in a non biased way taking both sides of the story even if its my friends and I will be more serious on the server as a staff member and I will try to help any other staff members on the server if I am able.   Have you been previously reported or punished for infringing on our guidelines?: No [b]Scenarios:[/b] Several players are randomly shooting at each other for fun in a semi-frequented area. What would you do?: I would ask both of them to please stop and if they didnt I would ask them kindly again and if they still didn't stop I would warn both of them Two players are engaged in a meaningless heated argument. What would you do?: Id tell them to quit it and if they didn't id tell them one last time and if they still continued id mute both of them You notice a group of players actively disrupting an event via disobeying orders and shooting other players. What would you do?: id ask them to stop twice and if they continued to mess around I would remove them from the event and talk to them and if it got to bad jail them or warn them I don't know if we have jails. You are having a discussion with a high-ranking staff member about why you believe they gave a player an incorrect punishment. You’re confident that they did, however, they believe you are simply mistaken. How would you deal with this situation?: I would get other staff members on the situation and if the others thought it was wrong also I would tell a higher up. The server is mostly empty, primarily consisting of you and your squadmates. They beg you to provide them with a small simulation, some ships to fly around in, and a few big guns to mess around with. What would you do?: I would verify it with a higher up and if it were okay then i would and then I would keep it under control

  [color=#e74c3c][size=120]   -1.[/size][/color]      He can be a bit of a troll at times. I feel as if, and believe, that he can't be fit for the job. Due to that when he jumps in a vehicle, is asked repeatedly to leave it, he stays in until the vehicle is either deleted, or he's forced out (mostly LAATs are the issue). This has happened on several occasions. Outside of this, other annoyances and problems that he's been asked to stop doing, he's continued them constantly. Added onto this, I feel as if he won't be able to carry out any moderative jobs, such as ending altercations, as well as trying to not start one. To end, this is not a good person to allow in the staff team.  

So yeah I jumped in the vehicles (during downtime) which last time I checked was allowed and I can be a bit of a troll but like I said I would be willing to change that for the greater good.

+1 Can be serious when he wants and needs to be, ive been keeping an eye on him as a staff member and talking to him as a friend, so i really do think he will be a good staff member.
