I would also love to make or to help with sims and try to help the other Staff or GM's with somethings. I'm a person who'll be serious under very serious environments but especially to new people that just got into the server I'm a little joking and very little of a Monkey because everyone hates that one guy who is very serious to just everyone and doesn't like to joke around in RP. Finally, I would deserve to be Trial Mod because I want to actually do stuff for the server and the people in it, instead of standing there or running around the base doing nothing. [/color] Have you been previously reported or punished for infringing on our guidelines?:[color=#c0392b] No [/color] [b]Scenarios:[/b] Several players are randomly shooting at each other for fun in a semi-frequented area. What would you do?: [color=#c0392b]If its Downtime then I let them do it because theres nothing else to do but if its Uptime then I ask them to get a room in the Underground training rooms for a 1v1.[/color] Two players are engaged in a meaningless heated argument. What would you do?: [color=#c0392b]Try to either resolve the argument with a logical answer or say to at least go to the OOC lounge for the argument. [/color] You notice a group of players actively disrupting an event via disobeying orders and shooting other players. What would you do?: [color=#c0392b]Bring them to a sit then warned them then I ask them if they continue with this RDMing and Disobeying with orders I'll ban them for the amount of days of how much RDMing and failRP they did in the event.[/color] You are having a discussion with a high-ranking staff member about why you believe they gave a player an incorrect punishment. You’re confident that they did, however, they believe you are simply mistaken. How would you deal with this situation?:[color=#c0392b] try to understand on why he/she did the incorrect punishment then try to explain on why he/she in my eyes on why thats a wrong punishment.[/color] The server is mostly empty, primarily consisting of you and your squadmates. They beg you to provide them with a small simulation, some ships to fly around in, and a few big guns to mess around with. What would you do?:[color=#c0392b] Do a sim in the Citadel then if they want more try to train them in other things like what to do if a VIP person got shot or bomb defusal. [/color]
