Based on my almost 1.7 k hours i would say a couple of years Why do you think you deserve the position (100 words minimum) ? I think i deserve this position because this server is very dear to my heart. It is a server which i very much enjoy playing on, and therefore i would like to help the staff and offer them my services, in order to make sure that the server stays "healthy" and populated. I am also a (in my own opinion) a trusted and respected person in the server, therefore "old" players would not have a hard time listening to me, if i try to reprimand them for their actions. New players would be welcomed as warmly as possible, and i would make sure that all their questions are answered, i would even train and whitelist them if needed!.  Have you been previously reported or punished for infringing on our guidelines?: No i have not [b]Scenarios:[/b] Several players are randomly shooting at each other for fun in a semi-frequented area. What would you do?: I would freeze them all, take them to a staff sit, and explain that is not allowed during up time, starting with a verbal warning. If they continue then a warn for rdm, and then further actions can be taken. Two players are engaged in a meaningless heated argument. What would you do?: I would take each player by himself and try and find out what the argument is about, and try and mediate it, if that fails i would politely ask them to keep it outside RP, or contact a higher staff member. You notice a group of players actively disrupting an event via disobeying orders and shooting other players. What would you do?: I would freeze them all and warn them for rdm+fail rp on the spot,if they continue they would be banned for NITRP and RDM respectively You are having a discussion with a high-ranking staff member about why you believe they gave a player an incorrect punishment. You’re confident that they did, however, they believe you are simply mistaken. How would you deal with this situation?: I would provide evidence if i would have it, if not i would go directly to the execs and take it up with them, since it could be a situation that requires their attention The server is mostly empty, primarily consisting of you and your squadmates. They beg you to provide them with a small simulation, some ships to fly around in, and a few big guns to mess around with. What would you do?: I would try and get a GM on to handle events, otherwise i would set up small sims/events for them to have fun in, in a controlled enviroment Thank you for reading this, and have a nice day!
