How Active can you be? I work about 3 to 4 days a week, other than that I can be on pretty much all day

Questions:
How long have you been playing Garry's Mod? I have been playing gmod quite a bit for 5 years with 1,601.5 hours on record

Why do you think you deserve the position (100 words minimum)? I think I deserve this position because of the amount of time and experience I have in being as high ranking as a Jedi Lead. My previous experiences have given me the knowledge and training to fit for this job. There are do's and don'ts of the Jedi ranks in general, but most of them a lot of people don't know and I am more than capable of teaching people the ways of a true Jedi in the clone wars. Being a lead is all about knowing how to be a true leader while also knowing how to be a teacher, but I know I am cut out for it and I know I can lead and teach anyone who steps into the Jedi way.

How would you go about running such a regiment?: The usual way of running a Jedi never seem to work on most scenarios, so I would have to be wise yet strict. I'm certainly no loose wedge, but I do know where my outlet is when my fuse gets lit. Training is a key part to being a Jedi and that's how I would go about things, with constant training and battlefield experience.

Describe your battalion, and your knowledge of it. 50 words minimum: The Jedi of the republic are force sensitive children brought in to train and be raised by the Jedi order. Each Jedi fights alongside the clones within the Clone Wars to help support them on the battlefield while also getting more experience themselves. They are the protectors of many systems and planets, they also tend to be spread out to ensure there is safety in each system or planet they are orders to be on. In the Clone Wars case, the Jedi are to work with the clones and stick by them to ensure each of them is doing their jobs and to make sure they are safe, while covering for backup of course.

Scenarios:
One of your troopers is accused of disobeying the orders of another officer, you were not there to witness it. What do you do? I would ask my trooper/padawan to come speak with me in my office while asking the officer to join us. I would ask for both sides of the story then ask any other personnel that witnessed the event to also join us and give their side of the story. In two different scenarios, this is what I would do:
1. The trooper/padawan was proven guilty of not following orders: That trooper/padawan would stay behind as any other personnel would leave the meeting area. I would give them the order once again to follow any orders given by a superior in command. If it was an order that cost a live of a fellow brother or Jedi, it would cause for a demotion in rank until they can prove themselves worthy of coming back as their previous ranking.
2. The trooper/padawan was proven innocent of not following orders: Everyone in the room would be dismissed and I would sit down with this officer who accused of my trooper/padawan of this and find out what really went on. If they did it out of sheer hate or anger towards said personnel, I would remind them that they can not do such a thing and let them know what they can do. If it was out of sheer boredom, I would immediately call a higher up, such as a JCO or higher rank in their battalion and figure out what to do from there as I have no control over the punishment of a battalion officer.

A Higher rank than you is showing animosity towards your regiment and it's members, leading to drama and a strained relationship between regiments. What do you do? I would call a meeting between myself and that higher ranking trooper to see what seems to be the issue. If there was a reason behind it, I would calmly figure a solution out with said higher ranking personnel and I would not allow the meeting to be over unless we figured a solution out or if there was a call to briefing. If there was no reason behind it, I would ask how we can slow this animosity down or make it end in general as there would be more drama if it spreads any further.

The Commanding Officer of the mission is showing incompetence, failing to properly lead troopers and accomplish the objective. What do you do? Ask if they would like me to take over as they are showing the sign of not commanding properly. If it was a commander under a certain battalion and there was a second in command at hand, I would ask them to considering giving command to their second in command as not only would it be more experience commanding a squad, but it would also be smarter to see how this second in command does when he needs to take over on the spot. If it was a commander in training commanding his/her first mission, I would kindly give them some advice as to what to say or do if they do not know said question.

Thank you for taking the time to read my app, it is really appreciated!
